I am Not the next great baker nor do I claim to be but what I am is just a simple girl who works for a living but loves to bake in her spare time. Like many of you out there you see a cake or a dessert idea online or in a book and cant wait to try it but once you get started you find that it is not as easy at it looks and by the end of it your kitchen is a mess and your final product just does not turn out the same and you may feel discouraged. Well I know exactly how you feel because I have been there and probably made the same mistakes.
